The best way to receive timely updates and alerts about effective advocacy for the people of Africa is to sign up for our eNetwork . You can also:
- Write a letter from our website on food aid, farm policy or both!
- Visit your member of Congress' office.
- Call your member of Congress. To take action, dial the Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and request to be connected to your Congressperson. You can also call their local office.
- Hold a fundraiser to support advocacy efforts or the work of humanitarian organizations such as the World Food Project . World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine and Oxfam’s Hunger Banquet are both great ways to help worthy organizations with a focus on hunger.
- Organize a prayer vigil and include in your prayers the farmers of Africa and all those suffering from food insecurity or unjust foreign farm policies.
